1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating or using a STRIDE account, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

  • You must use a valid email/account identity and provide accurate registration details.
  • You are responsible for activities performed through your account.
  • Campus-linked access and event operations depend on approved campus mapping.

3. Platform Use

  • Use STRIDE only for legitimate academic/community participation.
  • Do not impersonate others, manipulate points/rankings, or abuse referral systems.
  • Do not attempt unauthorized access, automated abuse, or disruption of services.

4. Events and Registrations

  • Event requests may require admin/campus approval before being available.
  • Inter-college events are available only to campuses selected and approved in event configuration.
  • Registration may close automatically based on event deadlines or participant limits.
  • Attendance/check-in may be verified using STRIDE ID and authorized institutional workflows.

5. Content and Conduct

You are responsible for content you submit (e.g., profile text, event details, posters). Content must not be unlawful, abusive, infringing, deceptive, or harmful.

6. Administrative Rights

STRIDE admins/campus admins may moderate events, roles, registrations, and related records to ensure platform safety, policy compliance, and operational integrity.

7. Service Availability

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change, be paused, or discontinued when necessary.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed, STRIDE is provided on an as-available basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from platform use.

9. Termination

Accounts or access may be restricted or removed for policy violations, misuse, fraud, or security reasons.

10. Changes to Terms

We may revise these terms as features and governance evolve. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance.
