  • Account details: name, email, mobile number, campus/institution, STRIDE ID.
  • Profile details you choose to add: date of birth, degree, field of study, graduation month/year, skills, bio, profile image.
  • Community details: referrals, roles, campus mapping, points, rankings, registrations, and event participation/check-ins.
  • Event data from campus admins: event content, posters, timelines, participant limits, and inter-college eligibility lists.

3. How We Use Your Data

  • To create and maintain member accounts and campus-linked access.
  • To manage event approvals, registrations, attendance, and inter-college participation.
  • To operate rankings, referral credits, and engagement features.
  • To secure the platform, prevent misuse, and support administration.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Relevant event/member details are visible to authorized campus/admin users for operations such as approvals, registrations, and attendance verification.

5. Storage and Security

Data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure (Firebase services used by this application). Access is restricted through authentication and role/campus-based authorization rules.

6. Your Choices

  • You can update profile information in your dashboard profile section.
  • You can unregister from events before applicable deadline where allowed.
  • You may request correction of inaccurate information via community support/admin.

7. Retention

We retain data as needed for community operations, event records, ranking continuity, and administrative integrity, or as required by applicable rules.

8. Children and Eligibility

STRIDE is intended for students and authorized campus participants. Campus administrators must ensure appropriate participant eligibility per institutional norms.

We may update this policy when platform features or legal requirements change. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised policy.
